Oksana Frolova

Born in Ukraine and raised in Russia, Oksana graduated from a university in Ekaterinburg. She spent over 15 years living in St. Petersburg and worked in Moscow before turning her attention to Dubai’s thriving real estate market. Following the market trends, Oksana first purchased an apartment for herself, quickly followed by another for investment, both of which she successfully sold. Soon after, she upgraded to a better property.

With over three years in real estate, Oksana is dedicated to building long-term relationships with buyers and sellers. She has become a community expert in Address JBR, The Palm Jumeirah, and off-plan projects. Oksana is fluent in both English and Russian.
